• Customized Learning Plans: Our tailored programs are designed to address unique student needs, with a heavy focus on organization, time management, planning, note-taking, and study skills.
• Parental Consultations: We offer personalized guidance and practical strategies to empower parents in supporting their child's skill development at home.
• Collaboration With Educators: We coordinate directly with teachers and school staff to align our program with the student’s overall curriculum for a cohesive learning experience.
• Progress Monitoring and Feedback: Our team uses regular assessments and feedback mechanisms to track growth and make necessary real-time adjustments to the program.

• One-on-One Curated Sessions: Each program is curated to the individual student through personalized sessions that focus on their specific executive function needs.
• Elementary School Format: Students in elementary school participate in focused, one-hour sessions.
• Middle, High School, and College Format: For older students, the program includes a one-hour session at the beginning of the week and a 15-minute virtual check-in at the end of the week to ensure accountability.
• Parental Support: All programs include an annual parent check-in to address specific questions or concerns that may not have been covered during regular sessions.
• Flexible Duration: While we recommend a 10–12 week program length, the duration is flexible based on the individual needs of the student.

 Executive function coaching is a personalized, collaborative, and action-based process in which a coach helps students build skills that are essential both inside and outside the classroom. The overall goal is to develop independence, confidence, and effective strategies for achieving long-term success, particularly for students with ADHD, dyslexia, or those experiencing high levels of stress.

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions. We strongly recommend in-person sessions for executive functioning support when possible. For college students, sessions are offered virtually only. 

All of our coaches are highly trained with teaching backgrounds, enabling them to provide strong executive functioning support for your child. Each coach has their own area of expertise, which we consider during our matching process to ensure the best fit between coach and student 

We offer executive function coaching for all ages from elementary school to college students. Feel free to email our office or give us a call and we can consult to see if executive function coaching is a good fit! A call with our lead coaches of the program can also be scheduled and they can give a detailed overview on the sessions itself.
